1. About this website

This website introduces AI Tutor and allows you to enquire about its services by email. It does not currently offer online checkout or activate a subscription. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to purchase.

The contracting legal entity, registered address and final contractual terms will be identified before any purchase.

2. Plans and prices

The displayed monthly plans are Essential at CHF 29, Plus at CHF 59 and Pro at CHF 99 per user. Each plan is intended for one learner. The pricing page describes the learning rhythm associated with each plan.

Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance designed for its stated level of use. The service will notify learners as they approach their allowance and will not create automatic usage overage charges.

The exact service conditions will be presented before a subscription begins. This information website does not itself deliver or meter the learning service.

3. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Before purchase, an order or subscription agreement must specify the total price and applicable taxes, billing start date, renewal rules, cancellation method and timing, and any refund or withdrawal rights. Those details are not finalised by this website. An existing signed agreement takes precedence for the service it covers.

Instructor-led sessions, bespoke integrations and private deployments require a separate quote. No payment is taken through this website.

4. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, impersonate others, distribute malicious material or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. For any future learning service, share only material you have authority to use.

5. AI-supported learning

AI-generated explanations and feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them critically and verify important information. AI learning support does not guarantee a qualification, employment outcome or particular level of progress, and should not be the sole basis for a consequential decision.

6. Content and external links

Website text, branding and photographs may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing the website does not transfer those rights. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their services and terms are controlled by their operators.

7. Changes and applicable rights

Website content and proposed offers may be updated. The final service agreement will identify the applicable law and dispute process. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
