This notice covers this AI Tutor information website and enquiries sent to our contact email. The site presents our learning product and pricing; it does not provide a production learner account, accept payments or receive document uploads. Illustrative lessons and manager views use sample content.

2. Information you provide
When you send an email, your email address, message, name and any details you choose to include are made available to the recipient and relevant email providers. When you submit the website form, your name, email address, company or school, group size, area of interest, message and selected course (when applicable) are sent to Formspree for processing and spam filtering. Formspree stores the submission in our form account and is configured to send an email notification to aitutor@ltg-academy.ch. If you choose the email fallback, your email application handles delivery instead.
We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss a demonstration or requested plan, and manage that correspondence. Please share only information needed for your enquiry.
3. Website delivery and technical information
The hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver pages, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and request times. When this preview is opened directly from downloaded files, it does not require a hosting service. If hosted later, the provider’s technical processing and access arrangements must be documented.
Sample lesson answers stay in page memory and reset on navigation or reload. Form entries stay on the page until you submit; submitted enquiries are processed by Formspree and the relevant email providers. Downloads are generated only when requested. The page code does not include advertising pixels, an analytics integration or a newsletter sign-up. Images are served from the site rather than embedded social networks. The complete provider list, processing countries, applicable transfer safeguards and provider retention periods have not yet been confirmed. These details must be added before this notice is used for a public launch. This preview should not be understood as a promise that all data remains in Switzerland.
5. Retention and security
The proposed approach is to retain enquiry information only while needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. The current free Formspree plan provides 30 days of submission history. Copies delivered by email have a separate retention period; exact email retention, access controls and deletion procedures require operator confirmation.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal records or confidential company documents in a demonstration request.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request access or correction, and in appropriate circumstances request deletion or restriction. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
Email your request to our contact address. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can also consult the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner about your rights.
7. Learning services and children
AI conversations, uploaded learning materials, progress records and organisation-managed accounts are outside the scope of this information website. Their handling, including AI providers, training use, school responsibilities and safeguards for younger learners, must be explained in a service-specific notice before those features collect personal data.
