We build personalised learning around a person’s goals, existing knowledge and the situations where they need to use a skill. That could mean helping an employee adopt AI responsibly, supporting a student with a difficult concept or guiding an individual towards a new learning goal.

Our approach follows four stages: lesson, exercise, task and review. Learners explore an idea, practise with guidance, apply it themselves and reflect on their work. ELIP, our learning framework, connects these steps with context and feedback to help shape what comes next.
