Your included AI credits renew each month. There are no automatic overage charges. At your limit, you can keep using saved content and choose an available top-up or upgrade, or wait for your next monthly allowance.

Essential does not include certificates. Plus and Pro include certificates of completion for eligible courses once their learning, practical work and review requirements are met. For teams and schools, certificate arrangements are specified in the programme. See the completion process →

Does requesting a demo start a subscription?

No. An enquiry creates no subscription or booking, and no payment is taken on this website. We agree the programme and commercial terms separately.
